Dan Roden’s Philosophy:

It is my belief that a home inspection can be an educational experience for our client, in many ways. During the home inspection, we will evaluate the systems of the home for functionality and safety. The inspection and the resulting inspection report will give you a general idea of the condition of the place that you and your family may call home.  It is worth your time to be present during the inspection so we can address any questions or concerns you may have about the home.

A home inspection is more than looking for what is broken, it's a chance to help you understand the systems of a home you are considering purchasing.
